The Nektarina app prioritizes your privacy. We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide our services:

  • Account Data: Name and email provided during sign up/login for authentication and subscription management.
  • Local Data: Audio files, charts, and setlists selected by the user are processed locally on your device.

2. Local Storage & Audio Recordings

All recordings made within the app (Looper, Recorder, and Tuner features) are processed and stored exclusively on your device. No audio recordings are transmitted, processed, or stored on our servers.

3. Use of Information

Your account information is used solely to:

  • Authenticate user access to the app.
  • Synchronize setlist and chart data in the cloud (when enabled by the user).
  • Manage active subscriptions (Basic or Pro Plan).

Email use and retention: Your email address may be used for account management, eligibility control for free benefits, prevention of promotional abuse, and, where there is legitimate interest, to send offers and commercial communications related to NEKTARINA. Your email may be retained for up to 24 months following your last relevant interaction with our services, or for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, respecting all rights under applicable data protection laws (LGPD/GDPR).

4. Account & Data Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time directly within the app (under Account > Danger Zone > Delete Account) or via our web request page.
